Mahmud has been working as a quantitative trader since 2014, gaining a wide range of experience by trading various liquid future and forward contracts, including stocks, bonds, commodities, and currencies. After conducting research on the fundamental technology of blockchain and its potential, in 2020, he entered the cryptocurrency market by applying his traditional trading knowledge and creating fully automated trading strategies. He holds an MBA and MSc in Risk Management from Duisenberg school of finance. Mahmud strongly believes in systematic trading strategies as a way to eliminate emotions from trading decisions, and creates robust strategies that can adapt to different market conditions. Additionally, he has a keen interest in using the latest machine learning and AI techniques in trading.
